A part of the vineyards has already been replanted with the cuttings of prephylloxera vines which are over one hundred years old. This wine is made by carefully selecting the clusters. The colour is ruby red with garnet reflections. It is full in the mouth, supple, sapid and opulent. The aromatic persistence is long and complex, it is an ideal match with meat dishes and with flavourful cheese. |
