Organoleptic analysis: this is an ancient wine made with the varietal of Greek origin bearing the same name. This grape has found a particularly suitable and favourable environment in a limited zone of the Province of Avellino. This wine is well known and renowned worldwide for its typical and unique character. Of an intense straw yellow colour. The elegant and fresh nose has a very definite personality, with evident floral and fruity tones. The flavour is intense and delicate with apricot notes. This wine can be perfectly matched with many fish and white meat dishes and with cheese of medium intensity.
