Organoleptic analysis: this wine is made with the varietal bearing the same name which has been grown in Italy since ancient times, but this grape has found a particularly suitable and favourable environment in a limited zone of the Province of Avellino. This wine is well known and renowned worldwide for its typical and unique character. Its colour is an intense and bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, its nose has a definite personality, it is fresh and elegant, with evident floral and fruity tones. Its flavour is intense and delicate with hazelnut notes. This wine can be perfectly matched with many fish and white meat dishes and with cheese of medium intensity.
